With no baking required and no need for fancy equipment, these bite-sized delights are perfect for those busy days when you need a nutritious boost on the go. Slightly sweet, perfectly soft, and chewy, these protein balls are not only delicious but also packed with goodness to keep you energised throughout the day.


  • 1 Sachet Protein Fruit Fusion mango

  • 1 Cup Instant Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Mango bite size pieces
  • 1/4 Cup Pandan Kaya melted
  • Desiccated Coconut 
  • 2 Tablespoons Water 


In a mixing bowl, combine Protein Fruit Fusion, instant oats, dried mango, and Kaya (warmed for easy mixing). Add water to the mixture and stir until well combined. It should be moist enough to form into balls. If it's too dry, add a little more water as needed. Once the mixture is ready, roll it into 9 evenly sized balls and then roll each ball in desiccated coconut until fully coated. Place the protein balls in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.

Serve and enjoy as a nutritious snack on the go or as a tasty treat while watching your favourite Netflix series.

Tip: For an extra tropical kick, try replacing the dried mango with dried pineapple or papaya. It's a delicious twist that adds even more flavour to these delightful protein balls!
